As part of the second annual Forbes Under 30 Summit in Philadelphia, PA, Oct 4-7, 2014, Forbes will host an Under 30 Food Festival to kick off the summit on Sunday, October 4th at 6 pm ET at The Piazza at Schmidt’s in Philadelphia.
The food festival will feature several young chefs, winemakers, and brewers from the Forbes 30 Under 30 list competing for the title of America’s Best Young Chef.
Chefs include: Christopher Coombs, Joseph “JJ” Johnson, Jesse Schenker, Jeff Mahin, Giorgio Rapicavoli, John Lasater, Aditi Malhotra, Kelvin Fernandez, Jason Pfeifer and Nelly Garcia.
