Chez Alice Patisserie, a concept owned by Genesis Hospitality Group, has opened its second location at 15 Bridge Street in Lambertville, NJ. The first location of the French-inspired café is in Princeton, NJ.
The artisanal bakery in Lambertville specializes in French pastries, which are known for their delicate and flaky textures, rich buttery flavors, and intricate and artistic presentation. In other words, fancy desserts! But there’s more at this all-day cafe.
Chez Alice Patisserie’s dessert menu offers cakes, macarons, eclairs, napoleons, pavlovas, and more. Breakfast includes croissants, bagels, danish, and quiche. Lunch features soups, salads, and sandwiches. It also hosts Tea Time on weekdays from 12 pm to 5 pm for $25/pp.
Chez Alice is managed by Shannon Bonomo, who is a graduate of The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College with degrees in pastry arts and restaurant management.
Hours are Sunday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday-Wednesday from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, Thursday-Friday from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
