It’s Fall 2020, and the pandemic has changed the way we eat. We make fewer trips to the grocery store. We work from home. We cook more. But one constant remains: the need for delicious food made from real ingredients.
The Granola Factory understands this need and is introducing Granola Factory at Home, providing customers with a mail-delivery service of artisanal scratch-baked goods shipped right to their door.
This Bethlehem, PA-based company reached out to me to sample a few of these products. Before I tell you about what I received, let’s learn more about Granola Factory and Granola Factory at Home.
How is Granola Factory at Home different from other online bakeries?
Artisanal Quality: All of Granola Factory’s products are handmade by artisan bakers. They use only real ingredients that you can find in your own kitchen, which gives their baked goods a homemade quality unlike what you find elsewhere.
Freshness Guaranteed: Over the past six months, they’ve developed packaging for the baked goods that ensures safe delivery, freshness, and quality or your money back.
Quick Delivery and Better Pricing: As a regional wholesale bakery, they have logistics capabilities that allow them to quickly fulfill orders. They provide same-day shipping on orders placed by noon, Monday through Friday. Moreover, their logistics efficiency allows them to offer better pricing on their scratch-baked goods.

Now let me tell you all about the amazing Granola Factory products.
Granola Factory Granola
Granola Factory’s Granola is the type I like. It’s soft and chewy, not crunchy. The flavor on the packaging does not lie. That is the flavor you get.

Butter Pecan Shorties
Granola Factory’s Butter Pecan Shorties reminded me how much I love shortbread cookies. They are so buttery and soft, but not fall apart soft. So you won’t have to worry about a ton of cookie crumbs to clean up. They’re not at all grainy either. Just melt in your mouth delicious with a combination of salty & sweet from the salt in the cookie and the pecan on top.

Granola Factory Pumpkin Bread
Granola Factory’s Pumpkin Bread is how all pumpkin bread should taste. It has such good pumpkin spice flavor and not overly sweet. The swirl of cream cheese in the middle adds such a lovely creaminess without bogging it down. It’s moist and delicious.
Granola Factory Chocolate Chip Walnut Brownies
Granola Factory’s Chocolate Chip Walnut Brownies might be the best commercially produced brownies I’ve ever had. Fudgy and moist with lots of chocolate flavor thanks to the addition of chocolate chips. The walnuts add a nice crunch without overtaking the chocolate flavor.

Granola Factory Bethlehem Bars
Mere words can’t describe how scrumptious Granola Factory’s Bethlehem Bars are. They’re unlike any cookie bar you’ve tried, I assure you. There are layers of flavor in each bar. Each bar starts with the perfect oatmeal shortbread cookie crust base and toppings are added. They offer two varieties: Chocolate Chunk, Salted Caramel, & Pecan and Raspberry, While Chocolate, & Almonds. It’s too hard to choose which is my favorite. You should order both of these!
About Granola Factory
The Granola Factory was founded in 2006 by Suzanne and Robert Virgilio after their granola became a breakfast staple at The Bethlehem Inn B&B, which they founded in 1988. Their granola cereal and Bethlehem Bars are available in more than 350 stores along the east coast such as Wegmans, Whole Foods, Giant, and many more.
I highly recommend that you try the Granola Factory products if you haven’t already. You’ll thank me. Tell them Philly Grub sent you.
