Local Italian gelato champion, Stefano Biasini, of Center City’s Gran Caffe L’Aquila, has concocted an out of the box sweet & salty gelato masterpiece in honor of the eatery’s recognition as Prosciutto Di Parma Global Specialist of the Month.
The custom flavor, PROSCIUTTO e FICCHI, is a fig gelato infused with Prosciutto di Parma & Italian dark chocolate.
