P.J. the Elf’s IPA is an American IPA available at P.J. Whelihan’s in South Jersey and Eastern PA and all three The Pour Houses in PA and NJ.
P.J. the Elf’s IPA is brewed exclusively with pale malt while Citra and Calypso hop flavors dominate, contributing to the tropical melon flavor and citrus undertones. The beer is dry hopped with El Dorado hops and even more Citra and Calypso hops, all which lead to a Jolly Rancher-esque bouquet and a truly festive, drinkable beverage at 6% ABV.
