Plenty of Philadelphia area restaurants will be open and serving Thanksgiving dinner on Turkey Day because not everybody likes to cook. I’m calling out 3 options for Thanksgiving eats in Philadelphia, depending on your budget: ultra high-end, mid-range, and super affordable.
Thanksgiving at La Croix at The Rittenhouse
La Croix is one of Philadelphia’s most upscale restaurants. It should come as no surprise that a Thanksgiving feast at the venerable fine dining destination will go for $105/person. While that may seem steep, you’ll get treated to an ultra-luxe experience as only La Croix can do. There will be traditional Thanksgiving fare with a gourmet twist along with many other popular items from their brunch menu. If you want to do fancy this year, this is it. Reservations are required. 11AM-6:30PM.
Thanksgiving at Moshulu
If $105 for a meal is too rich for your blood, Thanksgiving at Moshulu may be more your speed. A three-course dinner menu will be available for $60/person featuring fall-inspired items including a Slow Roasted Natural Turkey Breast with all the usual trimmings; as well as many Moshulu favorites and ending with a house made holiday inspired dessert duo. A children’s menu will be available, too. Reservations are required. 12PM-8PM.
Thanksgiving at Hard Rock Cafe Philadelphia
Perhaps you can’t justify spending $60 for a three-course meal, well then you might want to have a Rockin’ Thanksgiving with the family at Hard Rock Philadelphia instead. They’ll be offering turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce, seasonal vegetable and a slice of pumpkin pie for a very affordable $19.95/person. Kids: $9.95. Drinks not included. Reservations are not required, but recommended. 11AM-11PM.
None of these fit you? Check out Visit Philly’s extensive list or Eater’s Thanksgiving heatmap.
Or stay at home and enjoy my Thanksgiving sausage stuffing – which I may be switching up a bit this year. Stay tuned!
