Stratus Lounge Remixes Rose For Summer

The unofficial start to summer starts this weekend, and that means it’s the season for rooftop bars – and rosé.

Stratus Lounge, located on the roof of the Hotel Monaco at 433 Chestnut Street, has remixed refreshing rosé into a fun summer cocktail.

“Blame It on the a-a-a-a-a-Aperol” blends Tanqueray 10 gin, Cointreau, Aperol, lemon, and demerara sugar with a sparkling rose float for refreshing effervescence. This citrus-forward cocktail is balanced out by botanical notes from the gin and a touch of sweetness from the demerara – perfect for rooftop sipping under the sun.

Since gin is such a popular warm-weather spirit, Stratus also added “Not Your Daddy’s Gin & Tonic” using their own custom-blended Bittercube tonic. Stratus’s tonic is also very citrus forward and has more muted juniper notes.

Happy drinking!
