After nearly one year since opening the doors of his seafood restaurant at 1138 Pine Street in Philadelphia (the corner of 12th and Pine Streets), restaurateur Peter Dissin will start offering Sunday Brunch at Pinefish between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
The menu will feature standouts such as Soft-Shell Crab Benedict with Duck Fat Roasted Potatoes; Fresh Fruit-Topped House-made Waffles; Niçoise Salad with Fresh Seared Tuna; Omelettes with the choice of just about every ingredient on the restaurant’s menu; a Breakfast Sandwich with Nueske Bacon, egg and cheddar on a toasted bagel; and an Everything Bagel with Cream Cheese, Nova Lox and sliced Red Onion.
In addition to the menu, Pinefish will be offering a variety of brunch cocktails and mimosas, as well as specialty Bloody Marys featuring sliced celery stalks, Sriracha, horseradish, pepperoncini, bacon and oysters.
Peter Dissin said he also plans on opening the restaurant for brunch and lunch service on Fridays and Saturdays later this spring.
Pinefish has been featuring fresh seafood compositions, a raw bar, lobsters, steaks, buck-a-shuck oysters and a full bar inside a Boho chic space at the corner of 12th and Pine Streets since June of 2016. The restaurant is open seven days a week for dinner beginning at 4:30 p.m.
We can’t wait for brunch. We loved our dinner there!
