Last Friday, Pennsport Beer Boutique featured Yardley, PA-based Vault Brewing Company during their Free Friday beer tasting 7:00-9:00 p.m.
Brewer/Sales ManagerĀ Jason Macias answered questions about the brewery and presented the following beers for sampling:
-
Imperial Mosaic IPA
-
Chinook Pale Ale
-
Golden Dilemma Ale
The “Two Johns” were on also on hand to discuss.

No video this time, but Johnny Q had this to say about Vault…
“Heading down the interstate comes Vault Brewery of Yardley, PA. One of their best concoctions is the Chinook Pale Ale, wrapped in a sleek black can with pine-green lettering. This 5 percent APA pours out cloudy but tastes clean and tangy. Refreshing and crisp, let’s hope it takes root here in Philly. Til then, go visit their lovely brewpub.”
My favorite was the Mosaic Imperial IPA. I haven’t been into IPA’s for a while, but I really enjoyed this one. It was more on the fruity side of hoppy.
Don’t let the rain keep you away tonight, Downingtown’s Victory Brewing Company will be there with free beer samples!
P.S. It’s John Stanley’s birthday today; head over to Pennsport Beer Boutique and wish him a Happy Birthday!
