This year there will be 30 tables with 126 wines and spirits available for sampling throughout the week. Guests can visit the on-site store next to the tasting area to purchase their favorite selections. Visitors will have the chance to meet the following special guests:

Welcome the Flower Shower and thoughts of warmer weather with these garden-inspired cocktail recipes:
Garden Gin & Tonic

1½ oz. gin
-
3 dashes elderflower or maraschino liqueur

3 dashes celery bitters
-
1 slice cucumber
-
1 lime wedge
-
4 or 5 mint leaves
-
tonic water
Add first six ingredients to a tall glass with ice; stir and top with tonic water
Dragon Berry Basil Mojito

4-6 fresh basil leaves
-
fresh strawberry
-
¾ oz. lime juice
-
¾ oz. simple syrup
-
1½ oz. Bacardi
-
Dragon Berry Rum
-
Seltzer
Muddle basil leaves, fresh strawberry, lime juice and simple sugar in a rocks glass. Fill the glass with ice; add the Dragon Berry rum. Top with seltzer and stir.
