Happy Hour at Rarest

Chef Anthony Marini’s new restaurant, rarest., which opened to the public on Tuesday, November 8th, located at 834 Chestnut Street Philadelphia, within AKA Washington Square, has unveiled a Happy Hour menu, which is available Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The menu features 50% off all items on the left-hand column of the restaurant’s menu, which includes all of their raw meats, fish and vegetables, as well as artisan cheese and charcuterie. All items are regularly-priced starting at $8.

Happy Hour guests also receive $2 off all draft beers and Amaro selections, as well as white and red wine glass selections for $7. Poor Richard’s Punch and the cocktail of the day are available for $8.

“We are really excited about the hanger tartare, the halibut ceviche and the zucchini-radish carpaccio on our menu. They are already some of the most popular dishes during our first two weeks of service. I hope Philadelphians love what we have to offer during Happy Hour, and there are still a few surprises,” said Marini. “I want rarest. to be a neighborhood destination, and a popular stop for foodies after work. I’m really thrilled with our list of spirits, extensive beer and wine selections, and our delicious creative cocktails.”

Marini’s rarest. serves modern, upscale American cuisine with a seasonal menu and raw bar specializing in crudo, ceviche, tartare and charcuterie. The restaurant also offers an Amaro service — a cart stocked with three dozen offerings of the digestif from France and Italy.

rarest. is open for dinner service only Monday through Thursday, from 5 to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, from 5 to 11 p.m.
