Gourmet at the Brewery is an benefit event happening Friday, June 10th between 7:00-11:00 PM at Double Nickle Brewing Company in Pennsauken, NJ. The event will benefit the Durand Foundation, which helps the lives of children and adults with special needs and their families throughout Southern New Jersey.
Renowned Chefs will be offering mouth-watering tastings while guests enjoy refreshing beers that were hand-crafted and brewed on site along with complimentary cigars, dancing and entertainment. The night promises to be a delicious and fun night to remember and will enhance the lives of so many.
Among the chefs featured are Chef Timothy Witcher (Food Network’s Chopped Champion), Chef Lucmann Pierre of Le Pierre Caterers, Chef Mona Wilson of It’s A Cupcake, Chef Jeff Malloy of Il Forno Cafe & Trattoria, and more!
The Durand Foundation will be honoring Ken Dunek, of JerseyMan and PhillyMan Magazines, with the Durand Outstanding Community Service Award. Ken Dunek is a major contributor to his community and has used his platform to help others. He offers financial support and personally attends events that cater to helping those in need. He also donates free publicity in his JerseyMan and PhillyMan magazines’ “Out & About” section to feature photos from events in the community that have meaningful causes. He is a proud supporter of the Ronald McDonald House and was previously nominated for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s “Man of the Year” award, where he raised over $30,000 in efforts to raise awareness for LLS.
