The Dining Room at Volvér serves 8-course and 12-course chef’s tasting menus, driven by the finest available ingredients and inspired by Chef Garces’ culinary travels around the world. The ever-evolving menu highlights seasonal ingredients prepared with modern techniques that capture and amplify their inherent flavors. Regional specialties, including locally raised meat, poultry and seafood, and produce from Chef Garces’ own Luna Farm in nearby Bucks County, feature prominently, and the kitchen’s strong focus on innovation ensures that no two meals at Volvér are ever exactly alike. Two beverage pairing options are available, along with a comprehensive list of wines by the bottle.
Bar Volvér features expertly crafted cocktails, an expansive selection of champagne and& wines by the glass and an ambitious menu of globally influenced small plates. Dave Conn serves as Chef de Cuisine and Gordana Kostovski is the General Manager and Sommelier.
