When Yelp first appeared on the scene, I used it a lot. I never became an “Elite” yelper, but I enjoyed writing about the places I liked. I never really used it as platform to gripe or complain about poor experiences. I believe in providing honest “reviews”, but sometimes yelpers go a little overboard with their complaints. I admit, I have used the site less and less over the past couple of years.
With that said, I’d like to know your take on Yelp reviews. Do you think Yelp is helpful or a bunch of bs?
