Product Corner: Eclat Chocolate

With Easter around the corner, it’s time to think about Easter candy, particularly chocolate! One local name that should come to mind when thinking about chocolate is Eclat Chocolate

This award-winning handcrafted chocolatier based in West Chester, PA, has been in business for over 20 years. The owner, Master Chocolatier Christopher Curtin, is classically trained in pastry arts and chocolate. He learned from the masters in Europe and honed his skills in the finest chocolate houses of Belgium, Switzerland, France, Germany, and Japan.

Eclat has a brick-and-mortar shop at 24 South High Street in West Chester, PA, and all chocolate is made on-premises. The chocolates are also available to order online and found in retailers like Di Bruno Bros. and Vernick Coffee Bar.

Every holiday, Eclat Chocolate creates fantastic confections and I always look forward to the Easter ones. They are always so adorable and, of course, scrumptious. I received this year’s Easter chocolates to sample, and, as always, they are so cute and delicious.

Treat yourself or a loved one to Eclat. They will thank you!
