Whether you’re dancing the night away with friends or watching the ball drop from the comfort of your couch, you’re going to need something to toast with this New Year’s Eve. Countdown to 2019 with these sparkling sips.
Combine first three ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Top with prosecco and garnish with a lemon peel.
- 1 cube brown sugar
- 3 drops Angostura bitters
- 1 oz Glenmorangie Single Malt Scotch Highland 10 Year Old
- Luc Belaire Gold Brut
Combine first three ingredients in a flute glass and top with sparkling wine; stir gently.
- 3 oz Barefoot Bubbly Prosecco
- ½ oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 2 Tbsp raspberry purée
- 1 fresh raspberry
Chill all ingredients and combine the first three in a cocktail glass; stir gently. Drop fresh raspberry into the glass.
