Don’t know if you’ve picked a winner yet, but my fav bagel sandwich is a turkey and Swiss with raspberry honey mustard and sprouts.

Do open faced sandwiches count? If so, I’m a sucker for a good old-fashioned smoked salmon, tomato, and cream cheese. Sesame seed bagel preferred. Hold the red onions.

I am a simple man… Bacon, ripe summer tomato, and cream cheese on a toasted everything bagel. I could eat one any time day or night, and but I think it goes best with an iced coffee.
