Lamb Shank & Risotto: Lamb shank, Beef Au Jus, Fried Onion, Shiitake, and Champignon Mushroom Buckwheat Risotto, topped with Pomegranate Seeds
Squash Steak: Butternut Squash Filet, Creamy Mushroom Sauce, Golden Beet Medley topped with Salted Sweet Potato Chips
Ribeye Beef & Eggplant: Ribeye Beef, Bulgogi Sauce, Deep Fried Eggplant, Fried Shiitake Mushrooms, Fresh Daikon and Carrots
Gochujang Salmon: Seared Chili Paste and Fig Jam Salmon Filet, Vegetable Medley, Green Cilantro Sauce
