New Happy Hour; Expanded Hours at Forsythia in Old City

Forsythia, Chef Christopher Kearse’s contemporary and innovative French restaurant and bar in Old City, has officially debuted an all-new happy hour complete with a bevy of elevated small plates, rotating selection of classic cocktails, signature seasonal sippers, punch of the day, brews, French wines, and more, available Wednesday through Friday from 5 – 7pm, and Sunday from 5 – 9pm.

In addition, beginning on Monday, November 6, Forsythia will expand operations to seven days a week which includes Monday and Tuesday dinner and happy hour service. 

Available solely at the L-shaped, marble-topped bar, Forsythia’s new happy hour promises a host of noteworthy culinary creations from Kearse and team, as well as a solid selection of rotating libations to enjoy. Exuding the innovation and artful presentation that Kearse is known for, the happy hour menu is brimming with unique flavors and ingredients that define the harvest season, including accompaniments such as:

Imbibers are in-store for imaginative tipples — both classic as well as seasonal cocktails curated by Beverage Director Shawn Miller — plus beers, wine, and a new rotating house punch cocktail of the day housed in a massive punch bowl, including the following:

“It’s been a goal of mine to re-open the restaurant for seven days a week for quite some time now, and we’re stoked to finally welcome guests in for dinner daily,” said Kearse. “We’re looking forward to welcoming new and returning faces at the start of the week, especially with this brand-new happy hour launch”

Beginning on Monday, November 6, locals and visitors can enjoy this fresh happy hour on Monday and Tuesday when the restaurant and bar expands hours of operation to seven days a week. Kearse’s ever-evolving, hyper-seasonal dinner service will now be offered daily, in addition to happy hour from 5 – 7pm Monday through Friday, and 5 – 9pm on Sunday. While happy hour is walk ins only, reservations for dinner are highly encouraged and can be made via Resy.
