Redz Restaurant Heats Up with New Menu Items, Cocktails & Craft Beer Program

Redz Restaurant, known for their American inspired fare, is excited to introduce a brand new bar bites menu and inventive specialty cocktail program at the restaurant in Mount Laurel, NJ connected to the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton. The restaurant also kicks off a seasonal approach to its menu by partnering with local New Jersey farm stands to add farm-fresh lunch and dinner options embracing the concept.

Freshly made and unique cocktails will join the selection of popular local craft beer and summertime wine selections chosen to truly reflect the South Jersey restaurant’s location by using locally sourced ingredients and vendors combined with Redz creative flare.

New seasonal cocktails, and an additional cocktail list makes its debut using flavors reflective of the restaurant’s ubiquitous hue, include:

• Dark & Stormy Jersey Night [$10] blending dark rum, ginger beer and lime

• Mt. Laurel Mule [$10] mixing vodka, ginger beer, and lime, served with a Jersey favorite: a salt water taffy treat.

• Ruby Redz Paloma [$12] mixes tequila, ruby red grapefruit juice, lime, and club soda

• Redzberry Beret [$11] combines vodka, raspberry puree, lime, and ginger beer

• Bubbles & Berries [$11] blends sparkling wine and Chambord with freshly muddled raspberries.

Complimenting the updated cocktail program, Redz introduces a brand new bar menu featuring tasty snacks including

• Buttermilk and Herb Marinated Calamari [$12] flash fried and topped with crispy onions

• Crab Nachos [$12] with cheese sauce, scallions, tomato, cilantro, jalapeño, and avocado

• Sausage Sliders [$10] with roasted red pepper aioli and crispy onions

• Freshly Baked Bavarian Pretzels [$7] with beer mustard!

As part of their ongoing program to provide guests with more cocktail, drink and craft beer options, the restaurant will be partnering with local breweries for regular Tap Takeovers as well as hosting craft beer and spirit pairing dinners and local events featuring the best South Jersey has to offer.

Seasonal and recently added lunch and dinner menu items feature Jersey fresh produce and locally sourced ingredients. On the lunch menu, patrons can find healthy options like:

• Spinach Salad with Seasonal Fruit [$12]

•  Soup du Jour [$8] — Jersey tomato-sweet gazpacho or heart healthy asparagus puree

•  Quesadilla of the Day [$13] or Omelet of the Day [$13] – utilizing both as a blank canvas waiting to be adorned with Jersey corn, zucchini or fresh herbs.

• Asparagus Tempura [$7] with ponzu dipping sauce

• Lemon Chicken [$24] sautéed in white wine and a popular, delicious favorite
