I caught the Green Elephant Pop Up preview in Philadelphia. This festive bar is ready for the St. Patrick’s Day celebration. This is a great spot to get your Irish on!
The Irish drinks I recommend: Matcha Shamrockarita: the matcha adds a unique twist and Liquid Gold: if you enjoy sugary drinks.
The CCG owners take these Pop Ups to the next level. I can’t wait to hear what their next theme will be. The Green Elephant made me feel like I was back in Ireland. Sliante!

Skip the pot of gold, there’s a Green Elephant at the end of this Philadelphia rainbow! Craft Concepts Group introduces and debuts the city’s only St. Patrick’s Theme Pop-up Bar. Green Elephant is now open at 1500 Locust starting this weekend.
After sold out crowds and lines for White Elephant at Christmas and Pink Elephant for Valentine’s Season, 1500 Locust as now evolved into a new seasonal pop-up just in time for St. Patrick’s Day and the Philadelphia Flower Show.
Green Elephant is an escape from the city oasis that blends together the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day and the start of spring season. It opens just in time for the Philadelphia Flower Show and the core center of the experience will have garden and flower lovers feel they are experiencing a beautiful romanticized night on the Irish countryside with lush greenery and hanging lanterns overhead.
Decorations include the giant tree installation with luminaries, a ten foot long rainbow, an eight foot long four leafed clover, a six foot tall St. Patrick’s leprechaun hat, custom artwork, fluffy clouds against emerald skylines, hanging spring umbrellas in full bloom, and more.
For food and drink you’ll find authentic Irish beers pouring on draft, St. Patrick’s themed cocktails, and crowd pleasing favorites from the kitchen like Fish and Chips, Corned Beer and Cabbage Eggrolls, Yuengling Beer Battered Pickle Chips and Guinness Smashburger.
Owner Sourias said, “Gather your luck and join us in celebrating the arrival of Saint Patrick’s Day, Spring, and the beauty of this secret garden oasis.”
