They were gracious to upgrade us to a newer, Stainless Steel model earlier this year. Nothing was wrong with the other model, but they wanted us to try this one and we were just as pleased. Works amazing and we haven’t bought a bag of ice since we’ve had either models.

It’s a godsend, because we don’t have a water line hooked up to our refrigerator for ice making. With this nugget ice making appliance, we don’t have to worry about that and it makes our favorite sized ice!

I wouldn’t endorse this product if I didn’t love it and use it frequently. As I said in my previous review, it truly does make the perfect ice for cocktails. Cocktail enthusiasts will understand. At least tiki drink lovers will. My cocktail bible is Smuggler’s Cove and while you can use other ice for the drinks, it is ideal to use nugget ice.
