Just in time to fuel Temple University students for their final exams, Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant CAVA is opening its second Philadelphia location this Friday, December 13, just steps from campus at 1100 W. Montgomery Ave.
On Thursday, December 12 from 10:45am – 1:45pm and 5:00pm – 8:00pm, Cava is giving its neighbors a free meal and matching guests’ monetary donations to Feeding America food bank Philabundance up to $1,000 at its Community Day preview event.
Guests must register in advance at this link. They’re also donating fresh meals prepared throughout the pre-opening training week to local community members through Caribbean Community in Philadelphia.
Daily operating hours of the new Temple University Cava will be 10:45am – 10:00pm.
