Happy National Hot Dog Day! Lots of Philadelphia area restaurants are celebrating. This one caught my eye.
The Pierogie Kitchen in Roxborough is offering the “PK Dog” on the menu today. A lovely grilled hot dog (blend of pork & beef) with three sauerkraut pierogies, bacon, Cooper sharp American cheese, and spicy mustard on a toasted roll.
