Choose from the following five 8-ounce burger options:

• House Wagyu Beef and Duck Fat Burger, with Lettuce and Tomato ($6.75!!!);

• 12th Street Burger, which includes Lettuce, Tomato, Pickled Jalapeño, Smoked Cheddar and Chipotle Ketchup ($7.50);

• BLT Burger, which features Nueski Bacon, Heirloom Tomatoes and Arugula ($7.75);

• Truffle Burger with Sottocenere Truffle Cheese & Mushroom Medley ($8.50);

• ‘Ruby’s Delight’ Burger, featuring Seared Foie Gras and Shaved Black Truffles ($12).

As if the duck fat fries aren’t indulgent enough, you can upgrade them to truffle fries for an additional $2.
