Ring in the New Year with a bit of sparkle tonight! These cocktail recipes will have you welcoming 2018 in style:

Rosemary Gin Fizz

• 3 one-inch sprigs fresh rosemary

• 1 small lemon, juiced

• ½ tsp honey

• 1½ oz. gin

• 3 oz. club soda.

In a small glass, muddle fresh rosemary, lemon juice, and honey. Fill the glass with ice, then pour in the gin, top with club soda and gently stir.

Champagne Classic Cocktail

• 3 dashes bitters

• 1 sugar cube

• 1oz. cognac

• 4 oz. chilled Champagne.

Drop bitters onto sugar cube; let soak in. Place sugar cube in a Champagne flute. Add Cognac and top with Champagne.

Classic Champagne Cocktail

• 1 cup orange juice

• 1 750-mL bottle Champagne or sparkling wine

• ½ cup Grand Marnier.

Fill Champagne flutes ¼ full with orange juice. Add Champagne or sparkling wine to fill glass ¾ full. Top each drink with 1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier. Serves 8.
