Now is the time to soak up the remaining days of summer. Whether you’re celebrating Labor Day at the beach, at a barbecue or pool party, these light cocktail recipes will keep you cool and refreshed.

Prairie Organic Cucumber Garden Fresh Mule

Combine all ingredients in a copper mug or a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh-cut jalapeños and lime wedge.

Rosemary’s Pear

Combine pear nectar, gin and rosemary simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into an iced filled glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a rosemary sprig.

Rum-Beer Float

Pour root beer into a mug; stir in rum.  Spoon ice cream into root beer mixture; let ice cream melt slightly into the liquid (about five minutes). Enjoy!

Bourbon Sour

Combine first four ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.  Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with lemon wedge and cherry.
