Top Golf is a sprawling three-story 65,000 square foot golf entertainment venue with a high-tech driving range & swanky lounge with drinks & games located at 104 Centerton Road in Mount Laurel, NJ.

Golfers can rent one of 102 climate-controlled bays which can host up to up six players at a time, and choose from individual or team-based games. Prices range from $30, $40 or $50 per bay depending on the time of day.

It’s a great place for birthday parties, bachelor or bachelorette parties, corporate events, date nights, or just a night out with friends.

I was excited to learn they’re now offering brunch on the weekends until 2:00 p.m. What a great idea! Upon invitation, we immediately checked it out and enjoyed some gameplay.

Every good brunch starts with some brunch cocktails! They have all of the usual suspects (Bloody Marys, Mimosas, etc.) They also have other inventive and refreshing cocktails.

I opted for the Cucumber Basil Cooler made with Belvedere Vodka, Hendrick’s Gin, Monin Pure Cane, Aloe Gloe Aloe Vera Water, fresh lime juice, basil, and cucumber. Absolutely delightfully refreshing on a beautiful June day!

We chose a few items from the brunch menu and also a burger off of the regular menu.

The Everything Bagel Flatbread was outstanding. It comes with smoked salmon, herbed cream cheese, tomatoes, capers, radish, and dill on top. Such a simple dish, but with lots of flavor. We easily ate the whole thing.

The Ahi Tuna Avocado Toast was absolutely scrumptious. Rare Ahi tuna with avocado, diced orange, crispy quinoa, sesame seeds, cilantro, miso dressing on seeded bread.

The Smokehouse Burger was truly stunning! A perfectly medium-rare hand-formed patty with Applewood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, and red onion. Hubby asked for blue cheese as well which was a $1 upgrade. It came with hand-cut French fries and a pickle spear.

We also wanted to try something sweet in addition to our savory selections. Upon a recommendation by our server (Ava – who was wonderful) – we chose the Carrot Cake Waffles! So glad we did. These petite waffles were so spice-forward they reminded us of gingerbread which was not a bad thing at all, in fact, so perfect for carrot cake. Such an indulgent sweet treat with cream cheese icing, caramel sauce, maple syrup, candied pecans, fresh strawberries, and powdered sugar!

I also enjoyed a glass of their Red Sangria!

Even if you don’t like golf, I highly recommend that you check out Top Golf. We had a great time and the food was very, very good. It’s not your typical bar fare; it’s definitely elevated a few notches and excellently prepared. Service was great, too. Always a plus!

Prices are reasonable and comparable to other restaurants in the area so I didn’t feel any sticker shock especially since the quality was so good.

One thing to keep in mind when going, though… as a private facility, they charge a one-time, lifetime membership fee of $5 plus tax. This allows you also to play at any Top Golf in the country.

Last, but not least, it’s very popular! So, while they take walk-in’s, your best bet is to make a reservation, or you may wait up until an hour for a bay. Reservations can be made online or by calling before you arrive. You can drink and dine at the restaurant before playing, or even if you’re not playing.

I love that they have a golf cart driving around which takes people from their parking spot to the entrance and back again. It’s a pretty big parking lot and the closer spaces get filled up pretty quickly. It’s not a terribly long walk, but it’s a nice service regardless.

We had a blast and will definitely go back again!
