Congratulations to At The Table BYOB chef/owners, Alex Hardy and Tara Buzan, who tied the knot last month in a small ceremony on Martha’s Vineyard. While away, they were inspired by some of the local dishes and the cuisine and created this late summer tasting menu.
Menu offerings include the decadent Mushroom Toast with sourdough, truffle cream cheese and shaved gruyere; Stone Fruit Panzanella Salad with basil mousseline, cucumber “foam,” peach, pickled shallots and feta; Lobster Pappardelle with cauliflower, shiitake mushrooms, Meyer lemon, lobster and sea urchin broth; and Skye Steelhead Trout with roasted bulgur wheat, fermented mushroom, sorrel puree and artichoke.
The 6-course chef’s tasting menu is offered for $85, or guests can choose 3 courses for $55 plus tax and gratuity. Cash only.
At The Table is located at 11 Louella Court in Wayne, PA. Dinner is served Tuesday through Saturday from 5:00-10:00pm. Prix Fixe Sunday Supper is offered from 5:00-9:00pm. At The Table is available for on-site private events and off-site catering. Vegetarian and special dietary requests can be requested in advance.
