Moshulu Offers Lunch and The Deck Opens on May 17th

The Deck Outside

The Deck at the Moshulu will debut its second season May 17, 2018 offering dining, drinking and special events aboard the decks atop the Moshulu, Philadelphia’s tall ship and the only restaurant on a tall ship in the world.

Located on Penn’s Landing, The Deck at the Moshulu offers spectacular views of the river, the city skyline and of course the Ben Franklin Bridge.

In addition to the opening of The Deck, the Moshulu will open for lunch weekdays at noon and offer outdoor lunchtime dining in all weather – there is a canopy on the mid-deck area and sides that can be closed to keep the rain out without blocking the view of the water or the city.

Guests can sit by fire pits on cool spring evenings and enjoy some friendly competition with one of the many games including Jenga that will be onsite to borrow.

The Deck will offer happy hour Monday through Friday from 5pm to 7pm. Executive Chef Anthony Bonett has created a menu of items perfect for sharing including hand-rolled sushi, poke, the city’s best 10 Oz prime burger and ribeye French Dip.

The Deck will feature activities such as yoga, boot camp, boxing, craft events, fashion shows, pop-up shops, late night DJ parties and more!

The Deck at the Moshulu is located at 401 S. Columbus Blvd., and will be open Monday through Friday, 3pm-10pm; Saturday noon to 11pm; Sunday 10am-2:30 for brunch and then til 11pm.
