This Sunday, July 16, MilkBoy Philly (11th & Chestnut Streets) is hosting a celebration of local artists with Art-B-Que 2 featuring scores of works from visual artists, a special selection of musical acts and some delicious BBQ from top Philadelphia chefs from 2pm-2am.
While guests admire the collection of visual art – individually priced by each participating local artist and displayed on both floors of MilkBoy Philly – a BBQ Competition will take place among MilkBoy Philly, MilkBoy South Street, MilkBoy ArtHouse (MD), Smokin’ Betty’s, The Blind Pig and others, keeping art lovers satiated with equally creative takes on traditional American BBQ.
Additionally, rock and roll tunes will be provided by Philly’s own Thee Idea Men in MilkBoy Philly’s upstairs music venue.
Food tickets can be purchased at the door for $5.
Drink tickets are $7 and include special Bulleit pairings. The first 50 guests who purchase drink tickets will receive a complimentary copper solo cup!
MilkBoy Bartenders will be pouring specialty draft beers from 2SP Brewing Company and Ithaca Beer Co. all night.
