Greater Philly Gluten Free Expo Returns Saturday May 20 in Oaks, PA

Greater Philly Gluten Free Expo 2017

The second annual Greater Philly Gluten Free Expo will take place at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center, 100 Station Avenue, Oaks, PA, on Saturday, May 20, 2017.  The event will once again include local and national exhibitors, educational presentations, door prizes and gluten-free samples and concessions. The expo will be open to the public from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Keynote speaker Jules Shepard, known nationally as “gfJules”, will present two sessions at the expo, including a class on the tricky art of baking tasty gluten-free bread. Since then she authored two more award-winning published books, became Associate Editor of Living Without’s Gluten Free & More and started gfJules.com to produce a line of gluten-free baking mixes and flour.

Over 85 exhibitors will be sampling, selling and promoting products. The presenting sponsor of the expo is Wegmans, and advance general admission tickets are currently available at all Wegmans locations or online.
