XIX Nineteen, the posh restaurant inside the Hyatt at The Bellevue, will celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday in a memorable way expanding upon their fresh and unique menu items with an indulgent Thanksgiving Day Feast.
On Thursday, November 24th, from 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM, guests will be treated to an abundance of classic Thanksgiving favorites with a fusion of XIX Nineteen flavor.
The Thanksgiving Day menu will boast a raw bar featuring Chilled Oysters on the Half Shell, Snow Crab Claws, and Lauren Bay Squid in Curried Coconut Lemongrass Dressing to start.
Over six salad choices include options such as Delicata Squash withRoasted Pumpkin Seeds, Figs and Pecorino, as well as a Fall Greens Salad with Red Wine Poached Pears, Black Pepper Walnuts, Grafton Cheddar Cheese in a Port Wine Vinaigrette.
Traditional turkey offerings of a Maple Glazed Turkey with Orange Cranberry Relish and Sage Turkey Gravy will be available as well as Red Wine Braised Short Ribs and Crispy Skin Stuffed Salmon for those craving something a little different.
Dessert will range from the traditional Spiced Apple Turnovers and Mini Pumpkin Pies to Apple Brandy Bread Pudding and Orange Cranberry Clafouti.
Seating will be open and the restaurant will take reservations every 30 minutes. Brunch will cost $69 per dining guest (exclusive of gratuity and beverages).
