Award-winning, Philadelphia-based dessert company, ChocAmo, is excited to announce the launch of its first crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter. This campaign will allow ChocAmo to bring the Cookie Cup to everyone by increasing their capacity production.
Chief Cookie Officer and Philadelphia entrepreneur, Michelle Silberman, first dreamed up the Cookie Cup in seventh grade. Today, her homemade creations are available on local and national markets.
The funding will allow ChocAmo to purchase and design new machinery to expand production capacity, increase margins, and position the company to work with distributors. These efforts will increase ChocAmo’s availability in grocery stores and cafes near you!
ChocAmo’s signature Cookie Cups are made from scratch with the best ingredients and come in several delectable flavors. The fan favorites include Chocolate Chipster, Mocha Dream, Red Velvet, Birthday Cake and Blondie. The ultimate snacking experience is filling the Cookie Cups with milk, ice cream, espresso, wine or even your favorite cocktail!
Currently, ChocAmo’s creations can be found in Philadelphia’s new Whole Foods Market; but with the launch of this campaign, Cookie Cups can be ordered right from the comfort of your couch.
ChocAmo is hosting a free Kickstarter launch on Saturday, October 29 between 2:00-5:00 p.m. at Industrious Philadelphia, located 230 South Broad Street, 17th Floor. More information & RSVP on Facebook.
