Living gluten-free out of necessity or choice? Here’s an exciting event coming up on the Main Line.
The all gluten-free prix-fixe menu will feature 3 courses at $38/person. Drinks, tax and gratuity are not included.
Dinner will be prepared by Tango Restaurant’s Executive Chef/Owner Sam Sheridan. Desserts will be prepared and plated by Brûlée Bakery’s Lila Collelo. Both will be available to discuss the evening’s menu or answer any questions.
The special gluten-free dinner will include a choice of six first courses, five second courses and three desserts including a gluten-free amuse-bouche selected by the executive chef to start the dinner.
“It’s been my dream to collaborate with a local restaurant who offers the community amazing gluten-free options in their normal every day menu,” says Collelo. “I feel so honored to be able to partner with Tango Restaurant and enhance their dessert offerings and give the GF (gluten-free) community a heightened experience of what gluten free desserts can and absolutely should be.”
“What started out of necessity for us to have some gluten-free options has caused us to re-think menu design from the ground up,” says Sheridan. “GF has opened a host of new challenges however has enhanced many of our dishes and guest experiences. Tango is very pleased to collaborate with someone who is so passionate about the gluten-free community.”
