At first when we read that Melissa Joan Hart was going to be at Spruce Street Harbor Park giving out free tacos with Old El Paso, we thought it was a joke. But she really did show up and posed for pictures with fans. Old El Paso was in town promoting their new Soft Shell Taco Boats.

Center City Olive Garden Closes
I posted a picture last night on Twitter, and Philly.com’s Michael Klein (“The Insider”) got around to writing about it today. Many people are upset about this because, believe it or not, not everybody is anti-chain around here. Not to mention it catered to tourists on a budget and it was something they are used to. Plus… hello…unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks??
